WIAW: All Day Snackage To-Go.

Yesterday I woke up and felt like I had slept for a total of 7 minutes. It was a rough go at the gym just waking up but once I was there I dominated an upper body workout then did 30 minutes of HIIT on the stepper. It was a typical Tuesday for me, the gym, a walk to the bus, bus to school, a full day in my office at school, commute home with my brother, then a relaxing evening at home. I also ate… 😉

WHAT-I-ATE-WEDNESDAY-NEW-BUTTON-PEAS-AND-CRAYONS

Breakfast: Lots and lots of egg whites (scrambled with parsley and garlic powder and topped with ketchup) and a sliced granny smith apple. I’m on a granny smith apple kick lately for their tartness, normally I’m a Macintosh kind of girl.

All Day Snackage: I had the lovely spinach and tofu salad with a side of beet crackers for my main lunch around 1pm and then snacked on popcorn and a scoop of Vega chocolate protein with almond milk for snacks around 4pm.

Dinner: Spicy Italian vegan sausage with roasted cauliflower and carrots. I absolutely love roasted vegetables. I got home around 6pm and was slightly impatient and hangry but I munched on a couple of dried dates to get me through that rough 45 minute roasting time. HAHA.

Yum yum yum. A delicious day of eating! I get so impatient when I get home and have nothing prepared for dinner but I know if I just take a tiny bit of time preparing something warm, filling, and delicious it will be worth it. Roasted cauliflower is my jam.

  1. I usually workout around 4pm and often arrive home HANGRY and start stuffing my face with anything. I was roasting broccoli the other day and got impatient because it was taking too long and my potato/chicken were finished cooking, so I took the broccoli out and ate it before it was ready. hahaha
