7 Songs You Need for Your Workout RIGHT NOW.

I love finding incredible remixes of songs to workout to. Sometimes I love a song so much but it’s far too slow for working out so finding a remix version with a higher bpm is perfect. I tried that with a Biebs song in spin class last week and apparently missed the “f*$%” right in the middle of the song… oops. Anyway, here are seven songs that you need to grab RIGHT NOW.

  1. I’m not a fan of remixes but I love loud intense music!

    Call me ridiculous .. but my favourite workout music is Swollen Members Greatest Hits cd haha I have been running AND lifting to that album since the summer of 2011. Something about it…. (the band has a sketchy reputation but the rapping keeps my motivated)

    If you checked my other playlists, you’d find the Biebs and some more pop music haha quite the variety
